Hi, I’m guessing you found me because you are struggling with your little ones sleep and searching for a solution that works. Welcome! And I am so happy you are here. I can help. Whether you have tried everything and none of it works, or you’ve been too completely overwhelmed with information and advice, or don’t know the first thing about pediatric sleep and not sure what to try at all, I can help!

Whatever your sleep struggle, I can help.

Why? Because I have been through it and through the course of my own struggle I became passionate about learning anything and everything about baby sleep. I struggled with my youngest (and for far too long) because I had no idea what infant & child sleep should look like, and no idea where to go for help. It was a really tough time. I was so desperate for sleep every day; searching for answers, scanning the web, reading allll the books, trying anything and everything, and failing over and over and over. But, once I learned the science of healthy sleep and how to create a solid foundation of healthy sleep habits for my son, it was a total game changer. We went from struggling with daytime sleep, struggling with nighttime sleep, struggling with falling asleep/staying asleep to a kid that would take nice, long, chunky naps and sleep 12+ hours straight at night. It was amazing. Literally, it was life changing to finally sleep again. For all of us :) And that experience completely motivated me to complete the necessary training and certification process to become a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant so that I can help other parents who might be in the same struggle I was.

Who am I? I’m a mama of two beautiful boys, a Registered Nurse since 2006 with a Masters Degree, and a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant through The Family Sleep Institute. Most importantly, I’m a lifeline and resource for all you mamas and papas that feel like you’re beyond exhausted and overwhelmed with your child’s sleep issues.

What can I do for you as your sleep coach? I know when people hear ‘sleep training’ a number of different things can come to mind. To me, sleep training is a fluid process and you and I are a team working together to get your kiddo sleeping well (so that you can start sleeping well too!). My methods are evidence-based, scientifically backed, and fully researched. There is no one-size-fits-all plan or method. The method is actually the smallest piece of the puzzle. There are a number of important components of healthy sleep that I will help you establish right from the start. I want to get to know you, your child, your parenting style, and then see how sleep training can work for you, in a way that makes sense for your family. My sleep plans are family-focused, flexible, respectful, and mindfully created. I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and frustrated with a baby that won’t sleep and I am here to support you to your sleep goals.

It’s never too late to start and no matter where we start from, we’ll end with better sleep.

How can this process help you? My goal is to support you through sleep training and empower you with the necessary knowledge and tools for navigating sleep after training. This is not a one-and-done process, kids are constantly growing and changing and so will their sleep needs. I like to take a holistic approach with the families I work with and focus on creating habits and foundational behaviors that will not only improve your child’s sleep situation now but will facilitate good sleep for your family moving forward. I want you to have confidence not just to get through sleep training but to last through all the future bumps you might go through.
